Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Why the eBike won’t turn on?

1. Check whether the battery is powered on. Check the battery power according to the battery power.

a. If the battery is powered, please use a battery voltmeter or a multimeter to test the battery voltage. The voltage of a full battery is 54.6.

b. If the battery cannot be charged or the battery power cannot be displayed, it is a battery problem and needs to be replaced. If it is determined to be a battery problem, you do not need to check the following steps.

2. Remove the cable from the display screen and check whether the needle at the end of the cable is deformed.

3. Check whether the cables of the controller fall off.

How do I reset my EB26 to factory settings?
Why brakes no response?

Please first adjust the brake line on the disc brake to loosen the screw, adjust the brake line to test the brake function.

Why motor no response ? Is the throttle knob or PAS sensor failure?

1. If you twist the throttle handle, the motor cannot work normally. Turn to the pedal, the motor works normally, it is the throttle handle failure.

2. If you twist the throttle handle, the motor will work normally. If the pedal is rotated and the motor does not work, the PAS sensor is faulty.

3. If you twist the throttle handle and turn the pedal, the throttle does not work. Remove and install the motor line again. If it can not be solved, it is to replace the motor.

Why does the display show that the battery is not fully charged?

1. Check the charger
The charger light should turn red while charging and green when fully charged.
If it stays green immediately after plugging in, check the charger and charging port.

2. Check the battery voltage
For a 48V battery, a fully charged battery should read approximately 54.6V.
Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage after charging.

3. Check the display voltage
If the battery measures around 54.6V but the display still does not show full, the display may be reading the battery level incorrectly.

4. Check the connections
Make sure the battery connector, display cable, and main power connections are securely connected and free from damage or corrosion.

5. Test under acceleration
If the battery shows full when stationary but the voltage drops significantly when accelerating, the battery or BMS may need further inspection.
